2 packs of fresh tortellini, ready to cook (800 gr).
Salt and oil.
Grated cheese and oregano.
Sauté the onion in pan with hot oil, add the ground beef and mushrooms. Fry lightly for a couple of minutes and add the tomato sauce. Cook covered and on a low flame for 7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Cook the tortellini in a pot with abundant boiling water, salt and a teaspoon of oil (10 minutes). Serve right after straining, cover with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
