Ingredients

  • ½ onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 1 ½ cup ground beef (300 gr).
  • 1 tray of sliced mushrooms (200 gr).
  • 1 ½ cups tomato cream.
  • 2 packs of fresh tortellini, ready to cook (800 gr).
  • Salt and oil.
  • Grated cheese and oregano.

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion in pan with hot oil, add the ground beef and mushrooms. Fry lightly for a couple of minutes and add the tomato sauce. Cook covered and on a low flame for 7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  2. Cook the tortellini in a pot with abundant boiling water, salt and a teaspoon of oil (10 minutes). Serve right after straining, cover with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
