Tips

Service Temperature

Due to its noble character, this wine must be enjoyed at its optimal temperature in order for it to express all of its attributes. Here are some tips:

  • A wine that is too cold cannot easily express its attributes. We recommend opening the bottle and leaving it at room temperature until it reaches the desired temperature.
  • On the other hand, a wine which is too warm tends to be alcoholic in flavor and tired on the palate. We recommend keeping the bottle closed in a bucket with ice, and to rotate in order to homogenize the temperature of the wine.
  • Never remove the wine from the refrigerator and put it immediately on the table. Take your time, open the bottle and make sure the wine is the correct temperature.
  • Preferably, red wines should be served at temperatures between 16-18 ° C and whites at temperatures between 10-12 ° C.
