  • ½ kg fresh cheese.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 3 tbsp olive oil.
  • Oregano.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cut the cheese into slices, add olive oil and oregano. Let it marinate for half an hour.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with small slices of tomato on toothpicks on toasts.
