Ingredients

  • 1 piece of prosciutto.
  • 4 eggplants.
  • 2 zucchini.
  • Capers.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  1. Put eggplants and zucchini cut in half into the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Stuff eggplants with prosciutto (you can replace prosciutto with salami). Put zucchini around with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
