Due to its noble character, this wine must be enjoyed at its optimal temperature in order for it to express all of its attributes. Here are some tips:
- A wine that is too cold cannot easily express its attributes. We recommend opening the bottle and leaving it at room temperature until it reaches the desired temperature.
- On the other hand, a wine which is too warm tends to be alcoholic in flavor and tired on the palate. We recommend keeping the bottle closed in a bucket with ice, and to rotate in order to homogenize the temperature of the wine.
- Never remove the wine from the refrigerator and put it immediately on the table. Take your time, open the bottle and make sure the wine is the correct temperature.
- Preferably, red wines should be served at temperatures between 16-18 ° C and whites at temperatures between 10-12 ° C.
