Bright, cherry red

Aroma:

Honest aroma characterized by red fruit and with spicy notes typical of the variety. Toasty paprika hints.

Palate:

Medium-bodied with smooth tannins.

Pairing:

Turkey, quail and beef. Tomato or pesto-based pastas. Cheeses such as mozzarella, brie and gruyere.
