Tasting Notes

Color: Dark and deep red with violet hues.
Nose: Tasty blend of ripe berries, grilled red pepper and black pepper, with touches of cinnamon and sweet oak notes.
Palate: Silky and fruity on the palate, this wine shows balance, gentle tannins and rich flavors ripe red fruits and spice.
Final: Elegant and delicate, makes this an excellent example of the great variety that is Carmenère.

Decanting: uncork at least 30 minutes before serving.Its unique character pairs perfectly with ingredients such as bell peppers, fresh herbs and eggplant. Notas de Guarda pairs well with pasta, spicy entrees, grilled meats and vegetable preparations.
