We are in a permanent search, experimenting in our wineries with different fermentation methods and temperatures, traditional and modern systems of wine production, types of wood, size and age of barrels and different periods of ageing in the bottle.
Thus, we look for a modern and innovating enology; capable to guarantee methods of production that are efficient, safe and environment friendly.
